In this junior level position, you will support the creative process by engaging the audience through effective concept development and design and generating innovative ideas. You will work with Strategists, Producers, Creative Directors and Account team members to ensure the delivery of superior creative solutions that bring the experiential platform to life, drive client results, meet their budget requirements, and meet Jack Morton’s financial targets.
Key Accountabilities
Work alongside the lead Creative Director to support the vision of projects and effectively communicate that vision to colleagues and clients through innovative and targeted design and/or copy
Help develop creative strategies and innovative solutions to solve client marketing and communication challenges
Work closely with account team members to ensure on-brand design, accurate message content and adherence to the experiential platform
Independently or working with a lead designer, produce design solutions on multiple programs that meet the requirements of the project
Follow clients’ brand standards to meet program guidelines
Receive constructive direction and translate feedback into design deliverables in order to meet creative goals and business needs
Requirements
College Degree. Portfolio school strongly preferred.
2 – 4 years creative design or copy writing or other relevant experience (or MFA equivalent) in an agency or marketing environment
Experience in an advertising or marketing agency a big plus
Demonstrated creative competencies: accountability for results, client focus, team effectiveness, developing others, ingenuity, organizational sophistication and communicating ideas.
Must be able to work independently as well as on a team under tight deadlines
Must be able to work on multiple programs simultaneously
Excellent written and oral communication skills as well as artistic presentation skills
Knowledge of brand positioning and industry trends, including digital; strong understanding of how projects fit into the client’s business and brand position
